Each County is eligible to receive funding every 3 years through the Small cities Scattered-Site Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. (Details on funding cycles.) This program provides funding to repair owner-occupied homes for households below 50% median income. (Income limits for the repair program)
The administration of these programs vary from County to County and NWPCOG does not administer the programs in all counties. Please contact the county of interest to determine who administers their CDBG program.
